Our story

Over the past 15+ years Jay has achieve multiple top honors and awards from various insurance companies, including being a top 3 agency statewide with multiple companies several years running. He was also recently was awarded the highest honor available from the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU), The Soaring Eagle.  Beyond the hundreds of personal clients he helps, Jay has also grown Medicare Made Simple into a large Master General Agency helping many independent insurance agents and other agencies learn how to help their own clients.   Medicare Made Simple has helped well over 100 agents in multiple states grow in the Medicare insurance industry helping thousands upon thousands of clients achieve piece of mind in their insurance choices.  "To be truly successful in this industry you have to continuously be learning and have to understand that there is always more to learn.  I strive to be a resource to everyone I work with, both my clients and other insurance agents.  You always have a choice of who you work with, and I try to set myself and Medicare Made Simple a part from the rest by the knowledge that is just a phone call, email or text away."

Jay has always focused on two main founding principles; taking care of and servicing each and every client, and taking care of each and servicing each and every agent.  "If you don't service those that trust you for help and guidance you are not really helping them.  Anyone with an insurance license can write a policy, but when you hold yourself to a higher level of service and expertise, those that come to you for help and guidance continue to come back and bring their friends and family too."

Family is an important part of any successful business, and Jay is blessed to get to work side by side with his wife Tracy, as she has served as his assistant for many years.  The two have been married for over 15 years and have 3 children together; Lilli, Cheyenne, and Xander.
