Penny has over two decades of deep insurance industry expertise. Spanning from handling group benefits and group membership operations to providing dedicated sales support directly to Medicare brokers. Previously she navigated the internal mechanics of major carriers, and has a deep understand exactly what it takes to support both client needs and the back-end of high-volume General Agencies.
Her specialized experience in group operations and Medicare broker relations gives her a sharp perspective on how carrier systems, agent needs, and client data connect into one nice neat package. She bring high-level strategy and deep empathy to the daily operations, meticulous data audits, and take care of our clients.
